Summer is right around the corner and we know that you can’t contain your excitement! The long days at the beach, late nights spent around the swimming pool and the all you can eat family BBQ’s are filling up your calendar. Even though the weather is warm and sunny, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t prioritise your health this Summer! There are many precautions you should be taking in the Summer, such as staying hydrated, protecting yourself from the harmful rays of the sun, keeping your liver in good health and preventing and treating bug bites. We want to help you stay protected and help you treat most common ailments. Below you can find some natural remedies:



1. Bug Bites

There’s no doubt that you will experience bug bites this Summer! The thought of the itching and swelling pain has your skin crawling.
